These days, getting your message out often involves more than just having a great website. With more and more people relying on email to keep them up-to-date with what's going on, it’s been a natural progression for our clients to add emailing capabilities to their online tools. We have created our own eblast/enewsletter system that integrates seemlessly into your website and provides you with what you need to send out bulk emails to your subscribers.
News by Email
Email has evolved from a mostly text-based medium into a platform for delivering rich, eye-catching, beautifully formatted content your readers will look forward to receiving. Unfortunately, there is still a wide discrepancy in the ability of all the commonly used email readers to display HTML messages properly. There are certain rules to follow when formatting an eblast or enewsletter so that as many email programs as possible will display the content as it was designed. Our system takes care of these details for you, making the process of creating and sending your eblast or enewsletter a pretty simple matter. We design the first “issue” after which you create subsequent emailings using our very intuitive templating system.
For sending your email out, we have experimented with various online email marketing systems and currently have a short list of ones we recommend to our clients, based on their particular needs. Our system creates the HTML version of your message, ready for importing directly into whatever marketing system you decide to use. You have the option to use either the marketing system’s email features, or our own email management system — whichever fits your organization or business the best.
Online News
We design custom eblast templates meant specifically for emailing, and also offer a full-fledged online newsletter system that is extremely easy to use, archives all issues automatically, creates an abridged eblast version ready for emailing, can generate an RSS feed version, and much more. The admin section of your website will allow for easy creation and management of all your eblasts and enewsletters. Having an eblast sent out by email with abbreviated versions of newsletter articles can be very useful — people can scan your news at a glance and then link to your website with one click to read the full version.
